Looking back at the All 4 Customer trade show: united for customer satisfaction and loyalty

Looking back at the All 4 Customer trade show: united for customer satisfaction and loyalty

In recent years, marketing and customer relationship teams have grown increasingly close in purpose and goals. For professionals in both fields, the ultimate objective is to stand out to customers and earn their loyalty. Whether they work on improving brand image, developing new business models, acquiring new customers or boosting productivity, they share a common mission: to differentiate themselves from the competition in customers' eyes, build lasting relationships through the customer experience, and create attachment to the brand, product or service.

Following this common thread, specialists from all these fields came together this year at a must-attend customer relationship event, held in Paris from March 26 to 28: the All 4 Customer trade show, which merges the Stratégie Clients and E-marketing shows, two complementary events that previously took place at the same time.

For industry professionals, the show was an excellent opportunity to keep up with best practices, build relationships with other specialists and follow the latest trends through new conferences and workshops led by top customer relationship and customer experience experts.

We took part in this 2024 edition alongside our partner Le Voice Lab, as well as Nijta, Voxist and Whispeak.

The Écouter-Parler project in partnership with the CNRS

At the show, Batvoice was on the Voice Lab stand together with the CNRS, presenting the partner project “Écouter-Parler, the mobile language laboratory”, led by Huma-Num and the CNRS.

Écouter-Parler is a cultural and scientific program that aims to collect the largest database of spoken languages in order to build an audio heritage that reflects the linguistic diversity of a single territory. The project is part of a wider program launched in 2006 by the Délégation générale à la langue française et aux langues de France (the French government's delegation for the French language and the languages of France) to promote linguistic richness and diversity in France. Batvoice makes a significant contribution by putting its cutting-edge technology at the service of the project, recording, segmenting and cataloguing the voices, accents, intonations and languages spoken across France.
